As an American Council on Exercise Group Fitness Instructor, Andrea can come to you to do a stand-alone movement class, or series. Some examples of classes available are DanceFit (dance fitness), Barre, Golden Oldies and Senior Fitness, AquaFit ("dance" fitness in the water), classes for students with special needs, kids fitness at schools and daycare centers, boot camp-style classes at the park, HIIT (high-intensity interval training).
Training for a 5k (3.1 miles) has never been so easy! We have walking and/or running plans for all distances, ages, paces, abilities, shapes and sizes. We can take you and your group from the couch to the finish line safely and have a lot of fun doing it! Our motto is "Your Race, Your Pace" - no pace is too slow and everyone is encouraged and supported to do their best at every level. In-person and remote options available.
